Needs more content, better cost-benefit for in-apps
On the plus side, the app does a nice job creating a watercolor world of Beatrix Potter characters. The app itself is family-friendly.
At the same time, game progress is exceedingly slow, and in-app purchases are exceedingly costly. The game is attractive, but small and it becomes unduly repetitive. Advertising is often aimed at an adult market, which makes the game less accessible for kids.
I consider this to be a good foundation for a kid-friendly game, but I suspect that the emphasis on in-app purchase, with slow progress being the incentive to buy, the developer will end up losing its best market in the pursuit of illusory in-app profits.
